Was collaboration improved because of the pandemic? Is our work forever changed? This panel of leaders representing Indiana organizations invites participants to analyze state-level partnerships and contemplate strategies to prevent disputes and enhance collaborations as a result of Hoosier experiences throughout the pandemic. We will begin by sharing dispute resolution data from IDEA required processes and evolving related practices. We will then discuss ways that practitioners, advocates, and attorneys were able to RISE together to respond to the needs of Indiana children with disabilities and their families since March of 2020.
