Brian Ford

Brian Jason Ford has been a full time special education hearing officer in Pennsylvania since 2010.  He holds a J.D. in addition to a certificate in advocacy and dispute resolution, having conducted a nation-wide analysis of state special education dispute resolution systems while in law school.  He has also studied mediation.  As an attorney, Mr. Ford practiced special education law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, representing both families and educational agencies.  He has been a frequent speaker on special education law and dispute resolution, offering a unique and broad perspective to the field in light of his experience and background.
