Mr. Carrales spent more than seventeen years with the Texas Education Agency, with specific statewide responsibilities in data collection and analysis for the State Performance Plan/Annual Performance Report as the IDEA-B Data Manager. Mr. Carrales managed the Texas Continuous Improvement Process, including the facilitation of statewide public meetings and improvement group meetings; served as the Texas liaison to the US Department of Education Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP); and facilitated the production of special education resources and publications.
