David Gruber

Mr. Gruber is the Program Director for the Michigan Special Education Mediation Program. He began his work with the program in 2004 after serving as a communications consultant for Public Sector Consultants, Inc., and as public information officer for the Michigan Supreme Court. Mr. Gruber is an attorney and a mediator with a law degree from Wayne State University Law School and a masters degree in communications from the University of Michigan.
