Aimee Walsh

Aimee Walsh has been with Direction Service for sixteen years and is currently serving as the Associate Executive Director. She has directed the Family Support and Service Coordination (FSSC) program for the last ten years and has recently begun directing the new Wraparound Facilitation program. Aimee received an M.S. in Special Education at the University of Oregon where she conducted research in the areas of family involvement and collaboration. While at the University, Aimee provided training and supervision for student teachers in the Comprehensive Behavior Support Program. As the Associate Executive Director, Aimee is responsible for program management including: planning, organizing, directing, training and coordinating the development and continued operation of both the FSSC and Wraparound programs. In addition, she continues to provide ongoing support and advocacy for families who have children with disabilities while building collaborative relationships between families, schools and other community partners.
