Adrian Booker is a certified mediator, facilitator and arbitrator focused primarily on resolving special education, family, and workplace disputes. His focus on fostering long-term positive results from his mediation efforts are demonstrated by his active, international role in Mediators Beyond Borders and the development and implementation of custom dispute resolution training programs for commercial organizations throughout the U.S.
In addition to serving as the founder and President of ReSync Dispute Resolution Services, LLC, a private dispute resolution center in Dallas, Adrian also currently serves as a Contract Mediator for the Equal Opportunity Commission (EEOC), is a contracted Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau, and regularly works with the Dallas County Dispute Resolution Center (DRC). Moreover, Adrian is a Texas State Office of Administrative Hearing Mediator. Additionally, Adrian is a State Long-term Care Ombudsman for the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services, and Advocate for the CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children).
A native of Dallas, Texas and current doctoral and juris doctorate candidate, Adrian holds graduate certifications in dispute resolution from Southern Methodist University and Abilene Christian University, a Master’s degree in Business Management, and undergraduate degrees in Criminology, Sociology, and Political Science from Florida State University.
