Improving Your System
To promote successful system improvement, CADRE has identified the five management function areas below. These function areas should be explored when working to improve an entire dispute resolution system or an individual process along the CADRE DR Continuum. CADRE’s framework for system improvement continues to evolve, as well as what language we use to describe the important elements of a well-functioning dispute resolution system. Feedback is welcomed and can be provided by emailing us at cadre@directionservice.org.
