Nelsinia Wroblewski is the Multicultural Outreach Specialist for the WI Special Education Mediation System. She is the Director of the Milwaukee Child Find Project, Promotora Autism Project and Multicultural Specialist for the Region 4 Parent Technical Assistance Center. Nelsinia has had various leadership roles in WI FACETS projects: Director, Youth Information, Training & Resource Center; Statewide Latino Coordinator, Parent Training and Information Center; and Interim Co-Director, Community Parent Resource Center. She has her Associate’s Degree in Social Work and is a graduate of the UW-Milwaukee Latino Non-Profit Leadership Program. She is a native Spanish-speaker and mother of a child with autism. Wroblewski has been instrumental in establishing several highly successful Latino parent support groups and has served on numerous disability-related, statewide and national committees. She is a founding Board Member of Alianza Latina Aplicando Soluciones (now a CPRC). She is a Board member of the Autism Society of WI and serves on the IDEA Partnership Creating Agreement team.
