Mont Hibbard

Mont Hibbard is an independent contractor. He contracts with the SDE providing IEP facilitation, Mediation, and Complaint Investigation. Mont was an Idaho Special Services Director for 30 years. He consults with state agencies and school districts in IDEA, 504, Title I, School Improvement, and other issues. He is the special education consultant for IDLA.
