Jonathan Beyer has been working in the area of special education law and conflict resolution for 15 years. Following the formal introduction of a mediation requirement in the IDEA 1997 reauthorization, he authored an article examining its provisions for the Journal of Education Law. With collaborator Dr. Ed Feinberg, he then consulted to several school districts on conflict prevention techniques and then contributed to early projects and publications for CADRE. Jonathan currently supports the Department of Defense schools in the Asia Pacific as an attorney advisor. He is a graduate of Tulane University and the Georgetown University Law Center and is pleased to attend his 3rd Symposium.
