Heather Clingerman joined the Office for Exceptional Children in 2014. As an education program specialist, she investigates state complaints and serves as a mediation/facilitation coordinator. Heather received a B.A. and a B.S. from Ohio University. She attended Capital University Law school and received a JD with a concentration in children and family law. Prior to joining the OEC, she was an attorney in private practice focusing on family law.
