Mr. Abell is Senior Partner in Sound Options Group, L.L.C., providing Alternative Dispute Resolution services in both the public and private sectors. This includes managing the Special Education Mediation Program for the State of Washington. Prior to entering the dispute resolution field he worked as a School Psychologist and Special Education Administrator.
