Annie Lockwood

Annie Lockwood is a 1984 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law with experience as a trial lawyer in both state and federal courts. Annie earned a M.S. in Special Education from Indiana University in 1977. She is a former special education teacher, general education classroom teacher, and team leader. Annie received her 40 hour certified mediation training from the American Arbitration Association. She provides special education mediator services through the Texas Education Agency since 2003. Annie holds an Advanced Mediator credential from the Texas Mediators Credentialing Association and has legal experience in special education law, disability rights, civil rights, labor and employment law, and general civil litigation.
